We asked the hotel staff about a shuttle to the airport, they told us the left every 30 mins. When we went to check out they said none were avilable as we needed to have booked one. They did not tell us this and then tol us a taxi would be 40 minutes. Very stressful as we were close to missing our plane. Unbelievable given its an airport hotel that they can't get this right and they knew we were onyl staying overnight Would not recomend this hotel to others

Friendly staff ,very clean room and thatlittle touch to drive me like vip at the airfrance terminal when I departed sure did let me forgive them about the lack of food availability the evening before at the lounge. Whoever deliver that food is a big mistake . Please revise your choice or purveyors ,it is part of your image .and that pizza/panini delivery was definitely a dark spot in the all box of thinking.

Room size was superb, but air conditioning was broken and made for a hot night. Comfortable overall despite the heat.

The apartments are spacious, with separate living and cooking areas! The staff respond quickly to requests.

The housekeeping could be improved, as I noticed the apartment wasn't replenished adequately . The unreliable shuttle service led to some frustrating wait times.

I shall not be staying at this hotel again. Very unsatisfactory. The cost was exorbitant for what was provided.

Telephone did not work!!! I informed reception of this but no action was taken. - I requested a 7.00am wake up call. NONE was received. Sterile apartment. Not even complimentary coffee / tea available. I travel a great deal, and most hotels make some effort to make one feel welcome. This hotel did NOT. - Curtains did not close. I had to use a safety pin to close them. - No help with heavy luggage. - No lifts to upper apartments. - Limited TV selection available. - No plug in shower. No handrail to help older members get into the bath/shower. Poor soap etc. No heating in shower area. Nor could I get the heating to work in the Apt. Thoroughly unsatisfactory!

Spacious apartment suites perfect for families.

The shower in my apartment didn't work. I noticed a faint smell of tobacco lingering in the bathroom. There was some dirt in the corners of the living area that hadn't been cleaned properly.

Very clean, spacieus rooms, good equipped (studio type of room with kitchen). Helpful staff. Bardzo czysto, duze pokoje, dobrze wyposazone (studio z aneksem kuchennym).

Booked and paid for a family of 4 people but prepared for 3 only (towels and bedding/linnen). When arrived in the middle of the night, with very tired children, quiet uncomfortable. Zarezerwowany i zapłacony dla 4 osób a przygotowany tylko dla 3 (ręczniki i pościel). Kiedy przyjezdza sie w srodku nocy ze zmeczonymi dziecmi to duza niedogodnosc.

Spacious apartments with effective customer service.

The staff were extremely friendly and were helpful above and beyond the call. Fantastic location, just a short walk into the village where the local markets had most provisions. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to the airport not only saved us money, it also meant we could leave the car at the Residhome Roissy Village and travel into Paris by train. Would definitely stay there again.

It would have been great if we could have had a small amount of dish washing liquid as we stayed 3 nights and used the crockery and cutlery.

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The kids loved it. The location was convenient for getting to the airport, and the staff was quick to help with our requests. It was everything we needed for our family trip.

Remote location was a plus. Well laid out and good sized units with ample space, and the staff were efficient.
